MUSTAFA GÖNEN, Ph.D. Candidate (Gazi University)

Mr. Gönen is an architect, urban designer and city planner who has worked as City Manager for Kars Municipality. Since 2004 he has owned and directed Tasarim 21, an urban planning and construction consultancy firm in Ankara. In 2001-2003 he worked as a teaching and research assistant wiht the Department of City and Regional Planning of Gazi University in Ankara, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in urban planning at the University's Institute of Science and Technology.
