KEITH GARNER, BA (Stanford), MUP (Harvard), J.D (University of California at Berkeley)

 A planner and attorney, Mr. Garner has extensive experience with spatial and  statistical modeling with various geographic information systems (GIS). He has  participated in urban and regional planning projects in California, Massachusetts,  Poland, and Morocco. His present research interests include the impact of land use  regulations on the built and natural environments and on the development process.
