Nadia Beiser has been involved in the real estate development fields since 1975, as a developer, construction project manager, architect, and land use planner. She is currently a self-employed real estate developer in Bozeman, Montana. After several years as a regional planner, Beiser started her own design firm in 1980 and completed over 25 solar heated residential projects, plus numerous state building renovations to increase energy conservation or to permit handicapped accessibility. During this time, Beiser was elected to serve on both the local planning board and as a commissioner on the Regional Planning Commission.
As Vice President for development of a large New England construction company, Beiser was responsible for planning, permitting and development of four major commercial development projects (450,000+ square feet) and over 120 residential units. Since 1986, Nadia Beiser has been responsible for the planning, design, development, construction, and marketing of 46 residential, commerical industrial and mixed-use subdivisions from four to 235 lots each. Working with engineering, scientific, legal and accounting professionals who specialize in real estate development has facilitated efficiency, and permitted Nadia to optimize her own professional strengths: organization, presentation, market-targeted design, and budget planning.
Nadia's success and productivity has depended on her commitment to coordination, integration and scheduling of the professionals to whom she delegates the many technical details, while retaining personal control and decision-making responsibility for feasibility assessments, planning and design, permitting, budgeting and financing, and market strategies for her real estate developments. Her projects have been located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Nova Scotia, Belize, Honduras, Idaho, and the Bozeman/Belgrade area in Galllatin County, Montana, where the majority of her active projects are currently located. She is a managing member, director, and/or officer in the various corporations in which she owns stock and which own the development properties.
